Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II - Part Time for the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and ensures effective handling of service requests
• Assesses service requests and clients' conditions to provide appropriate referrals and dispositions
• Documents assessments, interventions, and client interactions in a timely manner according to established policies

Required Qualifications

• Four years of relevant full-time paid experience or a bachelor's degree in a relevant mental health, social, or human services field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
• Experience in crisis intervention is preferred
• Willingness to work in a clean, well-lighted, and moderately loud setting
