Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II to provide support for the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and ensures effective handling of service requests
• Assesses client needs and responds with appropriate referrals or dispositions
• Documents assessments, interventions, and client interactions in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Four years of relevant full-time paid experience or a bachelor's degree in a mental health, social, or human services field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Experience with crisis intervention
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and walk throughout the program space
• Willingness to work in various environmental conditions, including moderately loud settings
