Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II (Per Diem) in the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner
• Assesses service requests and responds according to prescribed procedures
• Documents assessments, interventions, and client interactions in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Experience in crisis intervention
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
• Willingness to work in a clean, well-lighted, and moderately loud setting
