Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II for the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Model good communication and recovery-oriented living skills to clients
• Accept service requests and respond to incoming calls, chats, and texts promptly
• Maintain knowledge of resources to provide guidance and make appropriate referrals

Required Qualifications

• Four years of relevant full-time paid experience or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Physical capability to lift up to 20 lbs and walk throughout the program space
• Experience in crisis intervention is preferred
• Willingness to work in a setting that may be quiet to moderately loud
