Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist - Part Time: 4p - 12:30a (Sat/Sun).

Key Responsibilities

• Model good communication and recovery-oriented living skills to clients
• Accept service requests and respond to incoming calls, chats, and texts within the required timeframe
• Maintain knowledge of resources and programs to provide guidance and make appropriate referrals

Required Qualifications

• Four years of relevant full-time paid experience or a bachelor's degree in a relevant mental health, social, or human services field
• Ability to perform assessments and make appropriate dispositions based on client needs
• Experience in documenting client contact information accurately
• Collaborative skills for effective teamwork with staff and referral sources
• Knowledge of departmental protocols and data input systems
