Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II for part-time evening shifts in the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Model good communication and recovery-oriented living skills to clients
• Respond to service requests via phone, chat, or text within a specified timeframe
• Document client interactions and maintain knowledge of available resources for appropriate referrals

Required Qualifications

• Four years of relevant full-time paid experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in mental health, social, or human services
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Capability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Experience with crisis intervention is preferred
