Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II (Spanish Required).

Key Responsibilities

• Provides customer-friendly services and engages individuals in an empathic manner
• Reviews service requests and responds according to departmental procedures
• Documents contacts and interventions with callers in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Four years of relevant full-time paid experience or a bachelor's degree in a relevant mental health field
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure for Social Work applicants
• Fluency in Spanish is required
• Ability to use a computer for recording services and basic office functions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
