Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner
• Handles service requests effectively and client-friendly
• Documents assessments, interventions, and client interactions promptly

Required Qualifications

• Four years of relevant full-time paid experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field
• Ability to assess client needs and provide appropriate referrals
• Competence in recognizing and addressing unique client needs
• Experience in crisis intervention
• Physical ability to handle demands of the role, including lifting up to 20 lbs
