Job Summary
To ensure high-quality crisis response and support services, the full-time Supervising Mental Health Specialist (Evening) will manage staff supervision and training while overseeing crisis management for incoming requests in a potentially remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provides and manages crisis response, triage, and support services for incoming calls, chats, and service requests
- Supervises assigned staff, offering ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Tracks and analyzes key performance metrics to ensure quality outcomes and adherence to safety protocols
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant mental health, social sciences, or human services field
- One year of full-time related experience in a mental health field
- Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work, if applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Experience managing high-risk or complex situations in a mental health context
