Job Summary

To support the Military Services team, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Mental Health Specialist (Night) will manage crisis response, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery during night shifts, with potential for a fully remote work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Provides and manages crisis response, triage, and support services for incoming calls, chats, and service requests
• Supervises assigned staff, offering ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Tracks and analyzes key performance metrics to ensure quality outcomes and adherence to safety protocols

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant mental health, social sciences, or human services field
• One year of full-time related experience in a mental health field, with part-time experience considered
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work, if applicable
• Ability to remain physically active and manage unpredictable situations
• Experience in crisis management and risk assessment protocols
