Job Summary

Seeking a full-time New Jersey Licensed Mental Health Specialist (Night) to supervise staff and manage crisis response, triage, and support services for the Military Services team, ensuring high-quality care during night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provides and manages crisis response, triage, and support services for incoming calls, chats, and service requests
• Supervises assigned staff, offering ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Tracks and analyzes key performance metrics to ensure quality outcomes and adherence to safety protocols

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant mental health, social sciences, or human services field
• One year of full-time related experience in the mental health field (part-time experience may be considered)
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work if applicable
• Ability to remain physically active and manage unpredictable situations
• Experience with crisis management and risk assessment protocols
