Job Summary

To enhance crisis response services, the full-time Supervising Mental Health Specialist (Evening) will manage crisis response, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to safety protocols while working onsite in Piscataway, NJ.

Key responsibilities
  • Provides and manages crisis response, triage, and support services for incoming calls, chats, and service requests
  • Supervises assigned staff, offering ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Tracks and analyzes key performance metrics to ensure quality outcomes and appropriate case dispositions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant mental health, social sciences, or human services field
  • One year of full-time related experience in a mental health field
  • Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work (if applicable)
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience managing high-risk or complex situations in a mental health context
