Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Mental Health Therapist (Licensed in New Jersey) to provide short-term therapy via virtual sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted treatment plans for clients
• Provide brief, solution-focused interventions and facilitate referrals to long-term care when necessary
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and stay updated on telehealth counseling trends

Required Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in an area of Mental Health (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.)
• Clinical confidence in the Brief Solution-Focused model of treatment
• Experience in an EAP or brief counseling model of care is preferred
• Must hold full licensure to practice as an independent therapist in New Jersey
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a professional workspace
