Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Spanish-Speaking) for a telehealth position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose behavioral health conditions, formulating treatment plans in collaboration with the health team
• Provide therapeutic interventions and navigate community resources for comprehensive member care
• Participate in multi-disciplinary case conferences and contribute to the development of clinical pathways for behavioral health treatment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC with an active license in New Jersey
• 3+ years of outpatient experience with adults enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare, or dual-eligible
• 1+ years of experience practicing telemedicine
• Experience working with underserved populations facing socioeconomic barriers
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and technology-based tools
