Managing a team of 8-12 reverse mortgage Loan Officers, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Mortgage Sales Manager will focus on training, hiring, and driving lead conversions while ensuring timely loan closures in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct daily/weekly trainings and call reviews for team members
- Screen, interview, and hire new team members to enhance performance
- Manage lead conversions and oversee loan pipeline to ensure timely closures
Required qualifications:
- At least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience in a call center environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to coach and motivate a sales team
- Experience managing metrics and performance goals
- Strong understanding of the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) product
