Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Nurse Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze medical reports of injured workers to ensure appropriate treatment and documentation
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding case management, including patients, employers, and adjusters
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
• Preferred experience in Workers' Compensation case management
• Knowledge of medical treatment and disability duration guidelines
• Understanding of multispecialty terminology and orthopedic diagnoses
• Experience with EMR systems such as athenaNet and CRM systems like Salesforce preferred
