Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prescribing clinicians to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans for patients
• Utilize behavioral interventions to motivate patients and conduct behavioral health evaluations
• Monitor patient treatment responses and manage medication requests while ensuring compliance with clinical tasks

Required Qualifications

• Licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and/or New Jersey
• Experience working with vulnerable or marginalized populations
• Proficient in a remote telehealth environment
• Ability to independently manage a large patient panel
• Working knowledge of substance use disorders and psychopharmacology for opioid use disorder
