Job Summary
To support a major transportation infrastructure program, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Office Engineer will coordinate project documentation, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and ensure timely processing of project records both on-site and remotely as directed by the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and distribution of project documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Manage project submittals, RFIs, and change orders, ensuring timely responses and adherence to project requirements
- Support project quality control processes and collaborate with field personnel to align office activities with on-site construction milestones
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in an engineering or construction office environment, preferably on infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction processes and project documentation practices
