New Jersey Licensed Oncology Care Manager

Job Summary

To support oncology patients, the full-time remote New Jersey Licensed Oncology Care Manager will assess clinical needs, coordinate care plans, and advocate for members throughout their healthcare journey.

Key responsibilities:

• Assesses patients' clinical needs against established guidelines to ensure appropriate care levels
• Coordinates and implements care plans while monitoring services and advocating for member needs
• Serves as a mentor and subject matter expert, providing training and support to new staff as needed

Required qualifications:

• Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required
• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with health care payer systems preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• CCM certification preferred for Clinical Advocate roles
