New Jersey Licensed Oncology Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Case Manager (REMOTE)-RN II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients' clinical needs to ensure appropriate levels of care
• Coordinate and implement care plans while monitoring services and advocating for members
• Mentor and train new RN staff and act as a subject matter expert on various projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience required
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience with health care payer experience required
• Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required
• CCM certification preferred for Clinical Advocate roles
