New Jersey Licensed Oncology Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN II - Oncology Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' clinical needs and ensure appropriate levels of care
• Coordinate and implement care plans while monitoring services and outcomes
• Act as a mentor/trainer for new staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience required
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience with health care payer experience required
• Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required
• CCM certification preferred for Clinical Advocate roles
