New Jersey Licensed Oncology Case Manager
Job Summary
To support patient care, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Oncology Case Manager will assess clinical needs, coordinate care plans, and advocate for members while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess patients' clinical needs against established guidelines to ensure appropriate care levels
- Coordinate and implement care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external providers
- Monitor and evaluate care activities for effectiveness and appropriateness, advocating for members throughout their healthcare journey
Required qualifications:
- Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required
- Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience and two (2) years healthcare payer experience
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Knowledge of case/care/disease management principles and healthcare contracts
- CCM certification preferred for Clinical Advocate roles
