New Jersey Licensed Patient Safety Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end Patient Safety training strategy, the full-time Senior Patient Safety Training Manager will oversee onboarding and on-the-job training for pharmacovigilance functions, ensuring compliance and governance for both internal and external training processes while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight and governance of vendor training processes, including strategy development and performance monitoring
• Develop and maintain training procedures and documentation, ensuring alignment with Patient Safety leadership and subject matter experts
• Lead strategy discussions and decision-making for vendor training priorities and methodologies, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related medical/science discipline; relevant experience may substitute for degree
• Preferred experience in Pharmacovigilance training or mentorship
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and GxP compliance training
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
