Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Support Specialist III to provide person-centered support and services to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer-friendly services and engage individuals in an empathic manner
• Develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationships to identify emotional or behavioral changes
• Respond promptly to service requests and inquiries from various parties

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• At least three (3) years of experience caring for older adults with dementia or significant medical issues
• Two (2) years of experience working with dementia patients and their families
• Demonstrated ability to use a computer for recording services
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
