New Jersey Licensed Personal Lines Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the fully remote New Jersey Licensed Personal Lines Representative will provide exceptional service by assisting clients with their insurance needs, managing policy information, and driving the sale of additional services during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries regarding policies, endorsements, and claims while providing personalized service
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher's technology to enhance service quality
• Collaborate with team members to secure existing business and promote additional services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Proficiency in using technology to maximize productivity and quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in client-facing customer service preferred
