Job Summary

A company is looking for a Population Health Clinical Executive responsible for executing clinical interventions aligned with a value-based model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage RXCurve tickets, review high-cost cases, and execute clinical interventions
• Maintain clinical trackers and ensure accurate reporting of clinical savings
• Support Clinical Account Executives and provide coverage for prior authorization reviews

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD degree
• 3+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, healthcare operations, or clinical case management
• Active Pharmacist License in good standing
• Board Certification (e.g., BCPS, BCACP, BCOP) preferred
• Experience with clinical interventions and healthcare reporting processes preferred
