Job Summary
Supporting the Community Pharmacy Team Manager, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Pharmacy Team Lead will supervise a team of pharmacists and technicians, ensuring efficient patient care and medication management while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provides day-to-day guidance and support to pharmacists and technicians, coordinating workflow and resolving clinical escalations
- Monitors team productivity and quality, assisting with onboarding, training, and compliance with standard operating procedures
- Supports patient-specific medication management, reviewing medication-related questions and ensuring accurate documentation
Required qualifications
- PharmD and BCGP required
- Current, active New Jersey pharmacy license required
- 1+ years of experience in pharmacy operations or clinical pharmacy
- Prior experience in team guidance, workflow coordination, or informal leadership
- Experience with pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office Suite
