Job Summary

Working remotely from New Jersey, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage electronic prescriptions, assist with data entry, and act as a liaison between clients and pharmacies, ensuring quality service from Tuesday to Saturday, 3:30 PM to midnight ET.

Key responsibilities

• Receives and accurately fills electronic prescriptions and refill requests under the direction of a pharmacist
• Acts as a liaison by triaging incoming calls and messages to ensure a positive client experience
• Maintains patient profiles and documents medication care plans using proprietary software

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be registered or eligible for registration with the State Board of Pharmacy within 60 days of hire
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a retail setting
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and other pharmacy software
• Possesses a high level of integrity and a patient-centered focus
