New Jersey Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support a growing pharmacy care management team, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage prescription orders, assist with medication dispensing, and serve as a liaison between customers and providers in a remote call-center environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Enter and edit prescription data to ensure accurate dispensing and maintain patient profiles
• Receive and triage incoming calls to address client inquiries and fulfill prescription requests
• Participate in quality initiatives and ensure compliance with privacy regulations and operational standards

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active pharmacy technician license in New Jersey or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• CPhT certification preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and strong computer skills
