New Jersey Licensed Product Safety Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Safety Specialist to support pharmacovigilance activities and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage adverse event reporting and ensure regulatory compliance for marketed and investigational products
• Conduct follow-up with healthcare professionals and consumers to gather complete safety information
• Maintain accurate case documentation and support audit readiness within global safety systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a medical or health-related field with RN or RPh licensure, or PharmD/MD required
• 2-4 years of experience in clinical medicine or pharmacy within an industry setting
• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical drug safety or pharmacovigilance
• Experience with safety databases and coding systems (e.g., MedDRA)
• Ability to manage case workloads independently while meeting strict regulatory timelines
