Key Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and provides oversight of 988 Lifeline Services
• Plans, trains, and supervises the delivery of program-specific services
• Monitors daily operations and ensures compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a mental health discipline
• Four years of post-master's experience in the behavioral health field
• Possession of a clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for independent practice
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure for Social Work graduates
• Preferred one year of prior supervisory experience
