Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees the delivery of program-specific services
• Monitors daily operations and provides guidance to Call Center staff
• Coordinates incoming telephone requests through the ACD phone system

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a mental health discipline
• Four years of post-master's experience in the behavioral health field
• Clinical license for independent service provision (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure for Social Work degree holders
• Preferred one year of supervisory experience
