Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Coordinator for the NJ Hopeline department.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises staff and provides administrative leadership during assigned shifts
- Ensures compliance with relevant regulatory standards and maintains consumer/caller records
- Acts as a liaison with collaborating agencies and conducts relevant administrative meetings
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a mental health discipline
- Four (4) years of post-master's experience in the behavioral health field
- Possession of a clinical license for independent service provision (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Active New Jersey certification/licensure for Social Work, if applicable
- One (1) year of prior supervisory experience is preferred
