Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Coordinator for the NJ Hopeline department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervises staff and provides administrative leadership during assigned shifts
  • Ensures compliance with relevant regulatory standards and maintains consumer/caller records
  • Acts as a liaison with collaborating agencies and conducts relevant administrative meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a mental health discipline
  • Four (4) years of post-master's experience in the behavioral health field
  • Possession of a clinical license for independent service provision (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Active New Jersey certification/licensure for Social Work, if applicable
  • One (1) year of prior supervisory experience is preferred
