New Jersey Licensed Program Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing administrative leadership and supervision, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Program Coordinator for the 988 Lifeline Services will oversee staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain consumer records, with the potential for a fully remote work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Plans, trains, and supervises the work of staff engaged in program-specific services
• Acts as a liaison with collaborating agencies and external funding sources
• Ensures compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and meets annual requirements

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in a mental health discipline
• Four years of post-master's experience in the behavioral health field
• Possession of a clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) for independent practice
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure for Social Work if applicable
• One year of prior supervisory experience preferred
