Job Summary
Providing administrative leadership and supervision, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Program Coordinator will oversee the 988 Lifeline Services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing staff during assigned shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Plans, trains, and supervises the work of staff engaged in program-specific services
- Maintains appropriate consumer/caller records as mandated by policy
- Acts as a liaison with collaborating agencies and external funding sources
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in a mental health discipline with four years of post-master's experience in the behavioral health field
- Possession of a clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) allowing independent service provision
- Active New Jersey certification/licensure for applicants with a degree in Social Work
- Experience with data entry
- One year of prior supervisory experience preferred
