New Jersey Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, strategic programs, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Program Manager will oversee a program team to achieve goals and objectives, manage a budget of over $5M, and provide regular updates to stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage EPMO project management staff to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
• Oversee program oversight including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of program goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans and ensure adherence to project documentation standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum 7 years of professional business experience, preferably in the Health Insurance Industry
• At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale programs/projects with budgets exceeding $5M
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required or must obtain within one year of hire
• Experience with project and portfolio management tools and financial support systems strongly preferred
