Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Customer Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the delivery of critical initiatives across multiple disciplines and maintain clear project plans

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program/delivery management or operations, preferably in high-growth environments
  • Background in sports betting, gaming, or highly regulated industries is preferred
  • Experience in customer operations functions such as Customer Care, Risk, or Payment operations is a plus
  • Proficient with AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and project execution
  • PMP certification is a plus; familiarity with tools like Asana and Workfront is expected
