Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager, Customer Operations.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project/program/delivery management or operations, preferably in high-growth environments
- Background in sports betting, gaming, or highly regulated industries is preferred
- Experience in customer operations functions such as Customer Care, Risk, or Payment operations is a plus
- Proficient with AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and project execution
- PMP certification is a plus; familiarity with tools like Asana and Workfront is expected
