Job Summary
To support operational and analytical functions for Physician Advisory clients, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Project Manager will oversee implementation coordination, stakeholder management, and utilization data analysis in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and participate in client review meetings, including data summaries and presentations
- Track deliverables, timelines, and manage client escalations while supporting client onboarding processes
- Analyze utilization data and case trends, providing data-driven summaries and recommendations for leadership review
Required qualifications
- Active RN license required
- 4+ years of healthcare compliance and utilization review experience
- 3+ years of project management experience; PM certification is a plus
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, including MCG and IQ application expertise
- Experience in end-to-end client or managed care operations
