New Jersey Licensed Provider Enrollment Lead

Job Summary

Supporting provider enrollment and revalidation operations for the New Jersey Medicaid program, the full-time remote Provider Enrollment Lead will manage workflow coordination, inventory management, and escalated issue resolution while serving as a subject matter resource for Provider Enrollment Analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Support provider enrollment, revalidation, and compliance with CMS and state regulations
• Monitor inventory, workflow, and production metrics to ensure operational efficiency
• Assist in training and mentoring Provider Enrollment Analysts while resolving escalated issues

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in provider enrollment, healthcare operations, or compliance support
• Prior experience as a team lead or subject matter expert in a healthcare environment preferred
• Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, and healthcare enrollment systems preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting tools preferred
