Job Summary

Offering a flexible remote opportunity, the full-time or part-time New Jersey Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct tele-psychiatry evaluations and provide inpatient psychiatric coverage while supporting emergency department services within a well-established behavioral health system.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and consultations via telehealth
• Support Emergency Department behavioral health assessments and treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams and assist with clinical decision-making and treatment planning

Required qualifications

• Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Active New Jersey license or ability to obtain
• CDS and DEA required
• Experience in emergency psychiatry, inpatient psychiatry, or crisis services preferred
• Comfortable practicing independently within a telehealth environment
