Job Summary
To provide remote outpatient psychiatric care, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will manage a diverse patient population, conducting comprehensive evaluations and treatment planning with minimal administrative burden.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient psychiatric care to lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and manage treatment plans, including medication management and supportive therapy
- Utilize electronic medical records for accurate documentation while maintaining clinical autonomy and flexibility in scheduling
Required qualifications
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in New Jersey
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
- Experience in delivering outpatient psychiatric care and proficiency in telepsychiatry
