New Jersey Licensed Quality Auditor Nurse
Job Summary
To support healthcare quality and compliance initiatives, the remote Quality Auditor Nurse (RN) will audit clinical documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance while collaborating with clinical teams to drive improvements from October 2026 through January 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Audit clinical documentation and medical records for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
- Analyze audit findings, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Recommend process improvements to enhance quality outcomes and compliance performance
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or active Compact RN license
- Experience with HEDIS, NCQA standards, and CMS regulations
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and audit management tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience conducting quality audits
- Candidates must reside in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, or Maryland
