New Jersey Licensed Quality Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) and Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) processes, the full-time remote New Jersey Licensed Quality Manager will ensure timely clinical reviews, manage privilege delineation, and collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates OPPE and FPPE functions in accordance with regulatory requirements and ensures accurate documentation
• Collaborates with clinical leadership to develop and oversee OPPE indicators and tracks performance trends impacting patient safety
• Manages the credentialing process for provider privilege modifications and assists with departmental activities as needed

Required qualifications

• Five years of clinical nursing experience
• Five years of progressively responsible experience managing databases in a healthcare setting
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
• Current New Jersey RN licensure required
• Expertise in performance improvement programs and proficiency with Microsoft Office
