Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) and Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) processes, the full-time remote New Jersey Licensed Quality Manager will ensure timely clinical reviews, manage privilege delineation, and collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates OPPE and FPPE functions in accordance with regulatory requirements and ensures accurate documentation
- Collaborates with clinical leadership to develop and oversee OPPE indicators and tracks performance trends impacting patient safety
- Manages the credentialing process for provider privilege modifications and assists with departmental activities as needed
Required qualifications
- Five years of clinical nursing experience
- Five years of progressively responsible experience managing databases in a healthcare setting
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current New Jersey RN licensure required
- Expertise in performance improvement programs and proficiency with Microsoft Office
