Job Summary
To ensure compliance with regulatory standards, the full-time remote New Jersey Licensed Quality Manager will oversee the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) and Focused Professional Practice Evaluation (FPPE) processes, manage clinical privilege documentation, and collaborate with clinical leaders on performance improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates OPPE and FPPE functions in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Manages the delineation of clinical privileges and collaborates with clinical leadership for updates
- Analyzes performance data to ensure compliance and identify trends impacting patient safety
Required qualifications
- Five years of clinical nursing experience
- Five years of experience managing databases in a healthcare setting
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current New Jersey RN licensure required
- Expertise in performance improvement programs and Microsoft Office
