Job Summary

A company is looking for an Educational Therapist to provide individualized reading support to students.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individualized instruction and support to students diagnosed with ASD1/ASD2
Utilize assessment tools to identify specific areas of need for each student
Develop and implement personalized literacy plans and monitor student progress

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Reading Education, Special Education, or Speech Language Pathology
Certification as a Reading Specialist or similar credential is a plus
Experience working with students diagnosed with ASD1/ASD2
Strong understanding of reading intervention strategies and evidence-based practices
Availability to work flexible hours, including after-school and weekend sessions
