Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to transition the database and active clients smoothly

Required Qualifications

• Active real estate license (or recently inactive/retired license)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• A solid database of past clients and referrals
• Strong reputation and client relationships
• Interest in earning ongoing income without daily sales activity
