Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient's clinical needs against established guidelines to ensure appropriate care levels
• Coordinate and implement care plans while monitoring services and negotiating fees as necessary
• Document care activities accurately and interact with multidisciplinary teams for continuity of care

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or a health-related field, or accredited diploma nursing school
• Minimum of two years clinical experience
• Active unrestricted New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Proficiency in personal computers and software in a Windows environment
• Working knowledge of case/care management principles and utilization management
