Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships to generate new business and deal flow
• Engage with borrowers to expand relationships and increase loan production and fee income
• Monitor credit quality of the portfolio and manage risk exposure effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of commercial financing or equivalent lending experience required
• Established relationships and a proven track record in direct origination
• Expertise in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex loans
• Formal credit training preferred
