Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee a team in Revenue Cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Revenue Cycle, focusing on Billing, Collections, and Payment Integrity
• Provide insights on accounts receivable trends and support project work plans for high-quality client service delivery
• Develop relationships with department heads and ensure timely cash flow through accounts receivable activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience in healthcare
• At least 5 years of experience in full Revenue Cycle Management
• Understanding of medical terminology and claims submission processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with offshore teams
