Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN I for a part-time weekend position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient's clinical needs and ensure appropriate level of care
• Coordinate and implement care plans for members and monitor services
• Document patient care activities and interact with multidisciplinary teams for continuity of care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience required
• Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required
• Proficiency in personal computers and supporting software preferred
• Knowledge of case/care management principles preferred
